How to order through our e-shop

Shopping in our e-shop is very easy. The following steps can help you. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. We will be very happy to help you.

Product selection from the catalog

For product selection you can go through the catalogue. Backpacks are divided into the categories which you can find on the navigation panel in the left column. By clicking on the chosen product the window with detailed information, colour combinations and photos opens. If you are looking for a specific product, you can use the fast search option in the top left corner. Just write the name of the product in the window and click on Search [e.g. backpack HED 01 or waist bag AU 2491 or bag TU 001 or wallet AU 003].

Adding the product into the shopping cart

You can add the chosen product into your shopping cart either in the main catalog by clicking on Add to the shopping cart situated under each/every product. Or place the chosen product into the shopping cart in the window with detailed product information. After every selection the window with the content of the shopping basket opens. There you can change the quantity or remove any products. If you change something in the shopping cart, you have to confirm that by clicking on Save the changes. The total price of the content in the shopping cart is updated. Click on Continue shopping and you are back in the catalog where you can choose other products.

Checking the content of the shopping cart

You can check the content of your shopping cart easily by clicking on Shopping cart in the top left part of the web site. The window with the content opens. There you can change the quantity. If you place something into the shopping cart by mistake, you can remove it by clicking on Remove in the shopping cart menu. If you check your shopping cart and don’t want to continue shopping, click on Finish the order.

Finishing of the order

The registration card opens below the shopping basket. Here you have to fill in all your contact information including telephone number and the type of payment and delivery you require.

Confirmation and despatch of the order

After checking your contact details in the registration card click on Confirm the order and your shopping is finished. Your order is dispatched and we send you, by return, the confirmation of your order on the e-mail address given by you.
